From one thing know ten thousand

The title of this posting was written by Miyamoto Musashi in the 1600’s in his book on strategy called “The Book of Five Rings.”  I think this represents the way to be successful today.  This is why this blog is called “konexus”.  This is the nexus or intersection where we will connect ideas and discussions on science, business, strategy, social capital, economics, religion and anything else that makes sense.  We will always adhere to Occam’s Razor (attributed to the 14th-century English logician and Franciscan Friar, William of Ockham) which states that, “all things being equal, the simplest solution is the best.”

I look forward to future discussions on diverse and eclectic topics that both stimulate and challenge our collective thinking.
