Can your organization adapt (continuously)?

I don’t think this applies to just ad agency businesses.  Once you take a look at the what Michael Gass has to say, I think you may find application to many businesses (maybe even yours?)

The bigger question is what capabilities are we developing now to ensure we do not fall behind next time there is a sudden shift in business?  Are you building a nimble and agile organization that can quickly adapt to and leverage new technology or opportunities?
